Ghost Shopper runs automated checks against a store you control and notifies you when a check fails. You tell us which flows to watch; we run them on the schedule your plan allows.
Ghost Shopper is a monitoring tool, not a guarantee. We check on an interval, so a failure can begin before we detect it. We may miss a failure, and we may report one that has already resolved. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for lost sales, lost revenue or other consequential damages arising from a missed or delayed alert. Your remedy is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding month.
Paid plans bill monthly in advance. Where you install through the Shopify App Store, billing is handled by Shopify under their terms and appears on your Shopify invoice. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial; cancel before it ends and you are not charged. Cancelling stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period. We do not refund partial months.
We may change these terms or the service. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days beforehand. Continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
You may stop at any time by uninstalling or closing your account. We may suspend an account that abuses the service, targets stores it does not control, or does not pay.
